I know it’s not even October yet, but I had some scraps lying around from my “Brrrrrr” layout and I couldn’t resist putting them to use. The patterned paper and stickers are from Reminisce’s Snow Globe collection. I added some linen scraps, a bit of vintage lace, and a couple of embellishments.

A snowman in Florida? In August? Only in Disney World.
The journaling reads,
The boys couldn’t resist the novelty of posing next to a snowman in Orlando’s summer heat. The snowman didn’t have the cooling effect Nate was hoping for, however.

At some point during the summer, Nate stopped puckering and started making this (really rather unattractive) face instead. It took me a while to catch on. (Moms is soooo stoopid.) He very carefully explained it to me while we waited in line at Animal Kingdom.

Halloween is a huge deal in my house, particularly with a certain pumpkin-headed young man who insists on discussing it year-round.
